Rick Collins featured on InformNNY.com: Change to criminal law in New York will also give ex-cons chances to seal records

A change in state law which raises the age of criminal responsibility from 16-years old to 18-years old will also allow thousands of convicts to seal up their criminal records.

New York attorney Rick Collins told syracuse.com that anyone who has stayed out of legal trouble for 10 years can seal up to two prior convictions–only one felony.
